Acid Zinc Systems
Luster-On Z-30/35W:
An acid zinc plating system that provides full bright ductile deposit with low concentrations of organic addition agents. Very well suited to higher temperature operations, solution will not cloud out at elevated temperatures. Excellent for both yellow and blue bright chromate films.
Additional features are excellent covering, increased cathode efficiency, higher temperature ranges, reduced waste treatment and energy costs. Readily accepts chromate films both yellow
and blue-bright. Plates malleable and cast iron without special preparation.
Luster-On Z-40S/45W:
This has all the features of the Z-30/35W process with the added advantages of lower zinc metal concentrations without the use of ammonium salts. Lower waste treatment costs.
Luster-On Z-50/51W:
This is our newest system that consists of a concentrated liquid brightener and a salt package that contains all the necessary ingredients for additions, high efficiency, low stress, and superior plate distribution.
