LUSTER-FLOC 201 is a Ferric Chloride/cationic polymer blend used for charge neutralization and conditioning.  Concentrations as low as 20-50 ppm may be effective as a sludge dewatering aid, while dosage rates from 100 ppm to 1000 ppm may be necessary for breaking of stubborn emulsions.  Actual results of conditioning testing should be used to adjust the dosage rate. Luster-Floc 201 may be fed as a concentrate or may be diluted as desired to suit.

LUSTER-FLOC 203 is an liquid blend of a medium molecular weight cationic polyelectrolyte and an alum based coagulant which is highly effective in the neutralization and coagulation of suspended wastewater ions.  It is used in the pH range of 2 to 8 and neutralizes ionic charge differentials and will form a microfloc with excellent coagulation and floc structure characteristics.  Luster-Floc 203 rapidly destabilizes colloidal suspensions from alkaline cleaning effluents and assists in the breaking of emulsions from cutting oils and wetting agents.  It is effective in conditioning metallic hydroxides to form large, easily dewatered, floc.
